This model has a huge charging problem. The mouse does not charge. So one can't use it in wireless mode. After purchasing it, when I found this charging issue, I used my warranty. But the Havit company did not change the product. So I had to purchase a new one from the store. But Ryans support was good enough that I did not have to pay. They allowed me to take another product within the same price range of the havit mouse.
