রাজশাহী ব্র্যাঞ্চ থেকে ল্যাপটপটি গত জুনে নিয়েছি । ব্যাটারি ব্যাকাপ কম হলেও পারফর্মেন্স নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট ছিলাম। তবে গত নভেম্বর থেকে ব্লু স্ক্রিণ ইরর ও হ্যাং করা শুরু হলো। সার্ভিস সেন্টারে নিয়ে গিয়ে উইন্ডোজ রিস্টোর করার পরেও একই সমস্যা বারবার হচ্ছে। বর্তমান সময়ে ল্যাপটপের ওপর আমরা অনেক বেশি নির্ভরশীল। কাজের সময় বারবার হ্যাং করা বিরক্তিকর। এইচপি এর প্রতি ট্রাস্ট থেকে ল্যাপটপটা নিয়েছিলাম, তবে ছয় মাসের মধ্যেই সমস্যার মুখোমুখি হয়ে হতাশ।

I have collected this product from GEC Circle ,Madina tower Branch. the product is good enough . and branch worker are also very helpful .
Very good output and performance if you re-install the windows from an USB drive by deleting all the preinstalled apps and recommended settings by HP. Almost 6 hours of video playback with 50% display brightness and audio volume. Dedicated Nvidia graphics card only serve to play some high-end game at very low/ low graphics settings.
