4. Order Confirmation

Customers will receive an information SMS including the order number to the registered mobile number.
Orders will be confirmed after a confirmation call from us.

When products are assigned to a delivery vehicle, customers will receive a shipping confirmation SMS.

Conditions:

Customers acknowledge and accept that if products become out of stock after placing orders, the order will be canceled without any questions or disputes.
In case of “Regular Delivery", products are delivered within 1 to 5 working days for Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Bogura, Mymensingh, Barishal, Sylhet metropolitan areas, and Jashore city corporation area. Customers must collect products from the main gate, as delivery person will not enter the building.
In case of “Express Delivery”, products are delivered within 24 hours for Dhaka metropolitan area only.
In case of “Courier Delivery”, products are delivered all over Bangladesh within 1 to 7 working days.
In case of "Store Pickup", customers will collect products from any branch of Ryans Computers Ltd.
In case of “Back-order” and 'Upcoming products, products are delivered within the time specified on the website.
For “Back-ordered”, “Pre-order” or “Upcoming” products, 20% deposit of the total amount is required to be paid in advance.
There is no charge applicable for “Regular Delivery". However, charges are applicable for “Express Delivery” and “Courier Delivery”.
For customers in remote areas, products must be collected from the nearest courier point.
Delivery time may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances.
Products will be handed over to customers when payment is completed.

আমাদের কাছ থেকে নিশ্চিতকরণ কল পাওয়ার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হবে।

যখন পণ্য ডেলিভারি গাড়িতে বরাদ্দ করা হয়, তখন গ্রাহকরা একটি শিপিং নিশ্চিতকরণ এসএমএস পাবেন।

গ্রাহকরা স্বীকার করেন এবং মেনে নেন যে পণ্য অর্ডার করার পরে স্টকে না থাকলে, অর্ডার বিনা প্রশ্ন বা বিতর্ক ছাড়াই বাতিল করা হবে।
"Regular delivery" এর ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, খুলনা, রাজশাহী, রংপুর, বগুড়া, ময়মনসিংহ, বরিশাল, সিলেট মহানগর এলাকাগুলি এবং যশোর সিটি কর্পোরেশন এলাকায় ১ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়। গ্রাহককে মূল গেট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে, কারণ ডেলিভারি কর্মী বিল্ডিংয়ে প্রবেশ করবে না।
"Express delivery" এর ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মহানগর এলাকায় ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়।
"Courier delivery" ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ১ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র সরবরাহ করা হয়।
"Store pickup" এর ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকরা রায়ান্স কম্পিউটারস লিমিটেডের যে কোনো শাখা থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করবেন।
"Backorder" এবং "Upcoming" পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যগুলি ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়।
“Back-ordered”, “Pre-order” or “Upcoming” পণ্যের জন্য, মোট পরিমাণের 20% ডিপোজিট অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।
"Regular delivery" এর জন্য কোনো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে, "Express delivery" এবং "Courier delivery" এর জন্য চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
দূরবর্তী এলাকায় গ্রাহকদের নিকটতম কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

Ryans EMI Facility

ইএমআই (Equated Monthly Installment)

রায়ান্স কম্পিউটার্স লিমিটেড থেকে যে কোন পণ্য ইএমআই এর আওতায় কেনা যাবে। এই সুবিধা ব্রাঞ্চ এবং অনলাইন কেনাকাটায় পাওয়া যাবে।
একটি অর্ডারের পরিমাণ ন্যূনতম ৫ হাজার টাকা হতে হবে, ঐ অর্ডার ভুক্ত একেকটি আইটেম মূল্য যাই হোক না কেন।
ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে কেনার ক্ষেত্রে কিস্তির সময়সীমা ৩, ৬, ৯ এবং ১২ মাস। ০% ইন্টারেস্ট এবং অন্য কোন চার্জ কাটা হয় না। ক্রেডিট কার্ডের মাধ্যমে কেনার ক্ষেত্রে এই সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে।
অনলাইনে কেনাকাটায় নিচে উল্লেখিত ব্যাংকের ক্ষেত্রে ৯ মাসের ইএমআই সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে। অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে এই সুবিধা উপভোগ করা যাবে।

The minimum order amount must be BDT 5,000, regardless of the price of individual items within the order.
For in-store purchases, EMI options are available for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months with 0% interest and no additional charges. This facility is available for credit card payments only.
