After 7 days it was making a click sound and finally died. So, I got a replacement of the unit. But unfortunately, the replacement unit is also making click sound after 7/8 days of usages.

I've been using Crucial MX drives since the MX300s and I now have 6 of them in use across different machines as both main drives and storage drives. Overall, they have been fantastic and maintain their speed well until full. I use a lot of bargain DRAMless drives for bulk live-archive but there is definitely a performance hit as they start to fill, and most of them use bargain controllers that do have a high failure rate.
