8K Smart TV Price in Bangladesh 2026

Q: What should I check before buying and installing an 85-inch model?

Confirm wall or stand space, delivery access such as doorways, lift, and stairwell, the exact warranty term for your model, and whether installation or wall-mounting support is included with your order. It's also worth planning HDMI and connectivity accessories at the same time if you're setting up a home theater or soundbar alongside the TV.

8K Smart TV Price in Bangladesh 2026

8K Smart TV price in Bangladesh starts at Tk 750,000 and goes up to Tk 975,000, based on Samsung's Neo QLED 8K lineup available at Ryans in the 85-inch size. Every model in this range shares the same core promise: a 7680 × 4320 panel, AI-driven picture processing, and Samsung's Tizen smart TV platform. What differs is panel generation, motion handling, and finish. Below is what's currently available, how the models compare, and how to decide which one actually fits your room and viewing habits. The Samsung QN900B 85 Inch 8K Neo QLED HDR Smart TV is currently in stock and ready for delivery, priced at Tk 750,000 (down from a regular price of Tk 813,750), with delivery in 2 days and EMI options available. 02 85QN900D

Samsung 85QN900D

Ryans also lists the Samsung 85QN900D 85 Inch 8K UHD Neo QLED HDR Smart TV, a step-up model in the same Neo QLED family, listed at Tk 975,000. Its listing specifies a native 100Hz refresh rate with support for up to 4K content at 240Hz through motion processing, useful context if fast-moving sports or gaming footage matters to you, since the 240Hz figure applies to 4K input rather than native 8K. As stock on this model fluctuates, check its product page directly for current availability before planning a purchase around it.

Across the lineup, the shared specification set includes four HDMI inputs, Bluetooth connectivity, Tizen OS paired with the SmartThings smart-home app, a rechargeable remote with voice control, and official Samsung brand warranty coverage. Warranty length can vary by model, so confirm the exact term on the product page before ordering. Browsing the full range of Samsung Smart TVs at Ryans is a useful way to see how these models sit against Samsung's 4K and QLED lines if you're still deciding on resolution.

How to Choose the Right 8K Smart TV

Start with how you'll actually watch. If you mostly stream from OTT apps or watch cable/satellite content, most of what reaches the screen will be upscaled to 8K rather than shot in native 8K. In that case, the TV's upscaling and picture processing engine matters more than the raw resolution spec. Ryans' smart TV buying guide for Bangladesh breaks down how to weigh upscaling and panel type against price if you want a broader comparison before narrowing down to 8K specifically. If you also game or watch a lot of sports, look at the motion and refresh-rate handling specifically, since that's where models like the 85QN900D differentiate themselves from the base QN900B. These tips for choosing the right smart TV cover motion and refresh-rate basics in more depth.

Room setup matters just as much as the panel. An 85-inch screen needs adequate viewing distance and wall or stand space. Measure your room and doorway/staircase access before ordering, since delivery and wall-mounting a screen this size is a bigger logistical job than a standard TV. For connecting a soundbar, gaming console, or set-top box, it's worth planning your HDMI and cable accessories at the same time as the TV purchase, and this smart TV connectivity guide explains what to check on the port and app side before setup.

Finally, factor in installation, warranty, and after-sales support. Since a TV at this price point is a long-term investment, confirm the official brand warranty term for your specific model, ask about installation or wall-mount service at the point of sale, and check that the retailer offers accessible service centres in Bangladesh. All of this affects total ownership cost beyond the sticker price.

Who Buys an 8K Smart TV in Bangladesh

Large-room home cinema buyers go for the 85-inch screen specifically for its size and premium picture processing in bigger living rooms or dedicated media rooms, where screen real estate and image depth matter more than portability.

Premium TV upgraders moving from a 4K set typically compare the available models on upscaling quality, HDR performance, and overall display technology before deciding, since the jump in price only makes sense if the upscaling genuinely improves everyday viewing, not just native 8K content.

Gaming and sports viewers pay closer attention to motion features, refresh-rate handling, and device connectivity, since fast on-screen action benefits more from strong motion processing than from resolution alone.

Buyers planning a long-term purchase tend to check installation requirements and the exact warranty terms for their chosen model before committing, treating the TV as a multi-year investment rather than an impulse upgrade. Ryans' roundup of the top smart TVs in Bangladesh is a useful cross-check if you want to see how these models stack up against other high-end options before finalising.

What to Consider Before Buying an 8K Smart TV

Is the visible improvement worth the price when much of your viewing isn't native 8K? For most Bangladeshi households, the majority of streaming and broadcast content is still 4K or lower, so the TV's upscaling engine, not the raw 8K panel, is what determines everyday picture quality. The value case is strongest if you also watch native 8K or high-bitrate content, or care about long-term future-proofing, rather than expecting a dramatic difference on standard streams.

Which picture and motion features differ between the two purchasable models? The base QN900B focuses on Neo QLED HDR picture quality at 85 inches, while the 85QN900D adds a documented 100Hz native refresh with support for smoother 4K motion up to 240Hz. This is a meaningful difference if gaming or sports viewing is a priority, less so for general entertainment use.

Will an 85-inch screen fit your room, viewing position, delivery route, and mounting area? Measure your wall space, seating distance, and access route (doorways, lift, stairwell) before ordering. A panel this size is bulky to deliver and mount, and returns on large appliances are rarely straightforward. Ryans' checklist of things to check before buying a smart TV covers room-fit and delivery considerations in more detail.

What do the model-specific panel, parts, and service warranties cover? Warranty terms differ by model at this price tier, so confirm the exact coverage period and what's included (panel, parts, labour) for your specific unit directly on its product page or with Ryans support before paying.

Is your preferred model available to buy at the displayed price? Stock on premium models can shift, so it's worth confirming current availability and price on the live product page immediately before ordering, rather than relying on a price seen earlier.

Why Choose Ryans for Your 8K Smart TV

Buying an 85-inch 8K Smart TV is a significant purchase, and where you buy it from matters almost as much as which model you pick. Ryans lists these as official Samsung units, backed by brand warranty rather than grey-market coverage, which matters for a panel at this price. Eligible orders come with free delivery, and EMI plans are available if you'd rather spread the cost across months instead of paying upfront. Cash-on-delivery is also offered for buyers who prefer to pay at the doorstep. With physical stores and service support across Bangladesh, getting the TV delivered, mounted, or serviced later is more straightforward than ordering from a source with no local presence. Given how much room setup and warranty terms matter for a screen this size, buying your 8K Smart TV from a retailer you can actually walk into is worth factoring into the decision alongside the spec sheet.

FAQ

Which 8K Smart TVs are currently available to buy?

The Samsung QN900B 85-inch 8K Neo QLED HDR Smart TV is currently in stock at Ryans with 2-day delivery. Other Samsung 8K Neo QLED models are listed in the same category, but availability shifts, so check each product page for live stock status before ordering.

What are the main differences between the QN900B and 85QN900D?

Both are 85-inch, 8K-resolution Neo QLED HDR panels, but the 85QN900D is positioned as the newer-generation model with a documented 100Hz native refresh rate and support for smoother 4K motion up to 240Hz, making it more relevant for gaming or sports-heavy households. The QN900B focuses on core Neo QLED HDR picture quality without that documented motion spec.

Will regular streaming and 4K content work on an 8K TV?

Yes. These TVs are fully backward-compatible with 4K, HD, and standard streaming content, and use built-in upscaling to render lower-resolution sources on the 8K panel. You don't need native 8K content to use the TV normally; the upscaling engine is what shapes how good that everyday content looks.

What should I check before buying and installing an 85-inch model?

Confirm wall or stand space, delivery access (doorways, lift, stairwell), the exact warranty term for your model, and whether installation or wall-mounting support is included with your order. It's also worth planning HDMI and connectivity accessories at the same time if you're setting up a home theatre or soundbar alongside the TV.
